2) replace �SPSS� with� �Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS)� in the last line of catalog description.

3) at the end of the catalog description insert �Prerequisite: PSY 201 or equivalent and CAP 100.� (3 cr.hr.).�

4) make changes 1, 2, 3, in both the proposal and the first page of the syllabus.

5) either generate a separate proposal for CAP 403 and a CAP program alteration form or drop the cross-listing with CAP 403. We must have a separate new course proposal (for CAP 403) to accompany the proposal for PSY 403.� Furthermore, because the CAP 403 course is intended to be part of the CAP minor, a separate �alteration of CAP minor� proposal must be submitted at the same time.
